Full job descriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a reputable accident repair centre in Reading, Berkshire. This Bodyshop Technician opportunity offers long-term career prospects within a well-established and busy environment. Duties of a Bodyshop Technician:
*Carry out panel repairs, mechanical, and electronic tasks as required
*Perform paint refinishing and spray work to high standards
*Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure quality work
*Provide excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty and referrals
*Keep work area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety standards
*Complete administration tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements of a Bodyshop Technician:
*Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician
*Attention to detail and high-quality work standards
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to multi-task effectively
*NVQ or ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential; relevant experience will be considered
*Time-served individuals are also encouraged to apply
