Salisbury | £30,000 to £40,000 DOE | Full Time

Talent Group are working with one of our clients following their acquisition of a long established and highly regarded luxury business.
With new ownership and exciting plans for growth, they’re now looking for a Customer Service & Operations Lead to join their small, close knit team in this newly created role.
This is a key position at the heart of the business, combining exceptional customer service with the day to day coordination of a busy field based team.
Personality is really important. You’ll be warm, polished, positive and naturally engaging, with the confidence to build relationships with discerning customers who have invested in a luxury product and expect an equally exceptional level of service.
The roleYou’ll take ownership of the customer journey whilst keeping the service operation running smoothly. This will include:
• Managing customer calls, emails and service enquiries
• Building strong relationships and providing a highly personal, proactive service
• Understanding customer needs, recommending services and identifying further opportunities
• Preparing and following up proposals
• Planning daily and weekly schedules for the field based team
• Supporting the team throughout the day and adapting plans when priorities change
• Keeping customers informed and resolving any issues quickly and professionally
• Coordinating equipment and requirements for customer visits
• Managing jobs, work orders, customer records and invoicing
About youYou’ll be an exceptional people person who genuinely enjoys looking after customers, but you’ll also be highly organised, commercially aware and calm under pressure.
Experience within a luxury or premium customer environment, property, automotive, facilities, engineering services or another field based service business would translate really well.
Experience coordinating field based teams would be an advantage, but specific industry knowledge isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
