Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK accident repair group for the position of Panel Beater at their modern facility in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters seeking to join a reputable and expanding organisation committed to quality, safety, and professional development.

*Competitive basic salary circa £54,600 per annum, with potential OTE of £57,000
*Working hours Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00, with 1 in 2 Saturdays paid at overtime

Duties of aPanel Beater:
*Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels to high-quality standards
*Conduct chassis and framework repairs accurately
*Assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate repair methods
*Perform bumper and door repairs as required
*Ensure all repairs meet internal and third-party quality standards
*Operate effectively within a team to maintain efficient and safe bodyshop operations
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
*Previous time-served Panel Beating experience, ideally within accident repair, main dealer, or bodyshop environments
*NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred; ATA Panel Beating accreditation advantageous
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Own tools and equipment
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
*A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
