Academics are working with a number of high-achieving Secondary Schools across Oxford, who are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a positive impact on students’ academic and personal development.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional help.
*Help students understand tasks and reinforce key learning.
*Encourage students to stay focused, motivated and engaged.
*Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
*Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
*Build positive relationships with students and staff.

*Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
