Key Responsibilities
*Assisting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
*Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and completion statements
*Handling sale and purchase files from instruction through to completion
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
*Conducting searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion work
*Managing files efficiently using case management systems
*Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high level of service
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant is essential
*Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
*Confident handling high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
