Location: Coventry / Leamington Spa
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE to join its growing Property team in either Coventry or Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing solicitor looking to manage a high-quality caseload whilst benefiting from strong administrative support, excellent career progression, and a collaborative working environment.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Help to Buy transactions
*First registration applications
*Residential property portfolio work
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
*Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
*Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
*Ability to work effectively within a busy and supportive team environment
*Strong organisational and case management skills
