A highly regarded and growing law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ - 5 Years PQE) to join its successful property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to a Commercial Property Lawyer with up to 5 years’ PQE seeking exposure to high-quality work, direct client contact, and a clear pathway for career progression.
You will work closely with experienced property professionals and advise a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
*Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Lease negotiations, renewals and assignments
*Development and investment transactions
*Property finance and refinancing matters
*Portfolio management work
*Title investigations and due diligence
*Drafting and negotiating legal documentation
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors and Commercial Property Lawyers with up to 5 years’ PQE.
You will ideally possess:
*Experience in commercial property gained during a training contract or post-qualification
*Strong technical and drafting skills
*Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
*Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
*The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
*A proactive and collaborative attitude
