Full job descriptionGraduate Science Technician | September 2026 |An outstanding secondary school in Ealing is seeking a motivated Science Technician to join its Science faculty from September 2026. This full-time role is available five days each week and is expected to last for one term, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This role is perfect for a Russell Group graduate who enjoys science and is looking to develop valuable experience in an educational setting.
The PositionWorking as a Science Technician, you will prepare laboratories for practical lessons, organise equipment and resources, and ensure students and staff have everything required for successful experiments.
Duties*Set up and clear away practical experiments.
*Maintain laboratory equipment.
*Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies.
*Follow laboratory health and safety procedures.
*Assist teachers with lesson preparation.
*Keep science workspaces clean and organised.
*Support the wider Science department when required.
Essential Criteria*Degree from a Russell Group University.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Strong communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Passion for science and education.
