As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing products to the highest possible standard while working efficiently within a production schedule. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every finished product meets our quality expectations before leaving the department.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming.
*Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
*Follow production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
*Carry out quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specification.
*Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with technical requirements.
*Maintain spray equipment and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organised.
*Identify and report any defects or quality concerns promptly.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations.
*Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

*Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or production environment.
*Experience working in a fast-paced setting where productivity and quality are equally important.
*Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a flawless finish.

*Good understanding of paint application techniques and surface preparation.
