Full job descriptionImplementation Service LeadHybrid role with UK travel
37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for an Implementation Service Lead to help us deliver meaningful, positive change across our services as we introduce a new HR, Payroll and Workforce Management system . This is a rewarding, peoplefocused role where your work will directly support our colleagues who provide care and support every day.
What you’ll be doingAs an Implementation Service Lead, you’ll work closely with services and key stakeholders to make sure they feel supported, listened to and confident throughout the implementation journey.
Reporting to the Implementation Manager and working alongside the wider project team, you’ll be the friendly, visible face of change spending time in services, building relationships, delivering training and helping teams understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it supports the people we care for.
This is a handson role that involves regular travel across the UK, including overnight stays and some outofhours work to support our 24/7 services.
Your key responsibilities will include:*Supporting services through the design, testing, rollout and adoption of new systems
*Acting as the main point of contact for services during implementation and golive
*Delivering engaging workshops and training sessions, adapting to different learning styles
*Building trusted relationships with operational teams and stakeholders
*Supporting data preparation, system access and user profile creation
*Identifying risks, challenges and training needs, escalating where needed
*Becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the systems and processes being introduced
*Working to agreed implementation and project plans to ensure timely delivery
*Capturing feedback to support continuous improvement
*Liaising with IT and project teams to resolve local issues
*Providing onetoone support to colleagues during and after implementation
*Supporting multiple implementation projects at the same time when required
You’ll typically spend 35 days onsite at services during implementation periods, offering practical, reassuring support.
Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who is approachable, adaptable and positive , with the confidence to work with a wide range of colleagues and the patience to support people through change.
You’ll need:
*A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the UK
*Experience working with multiple stakeholders
*Experience supporting new system rollouts, ideally within social care
*Strong communication skills and confidence training large groups
*Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Visio, etc.)
*Excellent organisation, problemsolving and relationshipbuilding skills
*The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
It’s a bonus if you have:
*Experience of largescale digital or system implementations
*Project management knowledge (Agile or PRINCE2)
*Experience working in health or social care
*A degreelevel qualification or equivalent experience
