Our client, a well-established lettings agency, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team at the Leatherhead branch, managing a portfolio across their four-branch network in Mole Valley.
This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a team of Property Managers alongside a portfolio of residential property, and playing a key part in helping the department hit its goals.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a team of Property Managers and helping prioritise workflow
* Regular reporting to and liaising with the office manager regarding current works
* Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues
* Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
* Booking and managing safety inspections
* Regular property visits
* Working towards targets to achieve office goals
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience managing or leading a team is essential
* Strong administration skills
* Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Good customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience of a property management software system is essential
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
