Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be working with a highly regarded Northampton-based Law Firm seeking a Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit a Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and strong experience across commercial contracts, technology, and Intellectual Property.
You’ll advise clients on a range of commercial and technology agreements, IP matters, and support senior colleagues on larger transactions and projects. Strong communication, organisation, and technical skills are essential.
