*Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.

*Support and manage any TUPEs
*Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
*Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
*Deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth.
Profile
*Proven track record operating at Business Partner level within a contracting environment
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to manage employee relations cases effectively.
*Skills in data analysis and using HR systems or tools.
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
