The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Consultant to join an established and highly regarded business within the removals and relocation sector.
This is a customer-focused field sales position offering the opportunity to manage enquiries from initial consultation through to securing the business. You’ll be responsible for understanding each customer’s requirements, recommending the right solution and maximising every sales opportunity.
With a strong brand, excellent customer enquiries and uncapped earning potential, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking for their next challenge.


The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own customer pipeline, combining face-to-face appointments with telephone, video and self-survey consultations.
Key responsibilities
*Carry out customer surveys through telephone, video, self-survey and face-to-face appointments
*Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate moving solutions
*Produce accurate, competitive quotations
*Build strong relationships and turn enquiries into confirmed sales
*Manage and progress your own pipeline through the CRM
*Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, insurance and commercial pricing
*Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer journey
*Consistently achieve and exceed sales, conversion and revenue targets


About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware and enjoys working directly with customers.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in consultative or solution-led sales
*A proven track record of converting enquiries into business
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
*A customer-first approach combined with strong commercial awareness
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*The motivation and drive to work independently within a territory
*A full UK driving licence
Experience in removals, relocation, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, estate agency, home improvements or another customer-focused field sales environment would be advantageous.
