A leading UK law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its successful London-based team. The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, advising a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and property investors.
Your work will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*High-value residential property transactions
*Remortgages and refinancing
*Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
*Complex title and covenant issues
*Property structuring and other technical residential property matters
You will be trusted to build strong client relationships, deliver commercially focused advice and work closely with colleagues across the wider private client and property teams.
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
*Qualified Solicitor status with a current practising certificate
*Solid residential conveyancing experience gained within a respected London, national or regional firm
*The ability to manage a full caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
*Experience handling complex and high-value transactions
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*A commercial, pragmatic and solution-focused approach
*An interest in networking and business development activities
