Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader:
*To lead and coordinate a team of 3 Engineers
*Effectively manage the daily workload of the department
*Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
*Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime
*Ensure health and safety compliance
*Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting
*Day-to-day parts ordering


Essential Skills and Experience Required for our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader:
*A proactive, hands-on approach
*A team player with proven leadership capability
*Knowledge and implementation of 5S methodology, lean techniques and quality focus
*ISO exposure
*PLC experience (Mitsubishi preferred) is a requirement for this position


Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Location: Wrexham LL12
