*Salary: £13.50 per hour + Potential Night Shift Allowance
*Location: Andover, Hampshire
*Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
*Start Date: Immediate
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Pivot Steer Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Andover. This role is ideal for someone looking to secure a long-term position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Operating a Pivot/Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently.
*Loading and unloading deliveries.
*Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
*Putting stock away into designated locations.
*Assisting with order picking and other warehouse duties as required.
*Carrying out stock checks and managing inventory movements.
*Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
*Supporting the wider warehouse team during peak periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience operating a Pivot/Flexi forklift truck.
*Valid Pivot/Flexi licence is preferred.
*Good warehouse and logistics experience.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
*Comfortable undertaking general warehouse duties as needed.
*Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location of the site and shift patterns.
Desirable Skills:
*Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck experience.
*Experience in distribution or FMCG environments.
*Previous stock control or goods-in experience.
