Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
*Responsible for the line management and development of a junior accountant
*Produce accurate management accounts and timely financial reporting for the group
*Maintain P&L, Balance Sheets, Cashflow forecasts and KPI data
*Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
*Uphold robust financial processes and controls
*Able to demonstrate technical accounting skills
Skills and Requirements of the Management Accountant:
*Previously worked in a creative agency
*ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or finalist
*Project Accountancy
*Revenue Recognition
*Multi-Currency
*Proven experience of full responsibility for management accounts
*Communicate competently with senior and non-finance teams members
*Willing and able to work in the office 4 days per week
*Self starter / Go Getter / Sociable team member
*Sage Intacct would be desirable but not essential
