You will be working for a well-established university in Bournemouth, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of campus buildings and student accommodation. This is a great opportunity to join a professional estates team within a busy and varied environment.

Your new role
As a Painter & Decorator, you will be carrying out a range of decorating duties across university buildings, ensuring a high standard of finish at all times.Key responsibilities include:
*Internal painting and decorating works
*Surface preparation, filling and sanding
*Emulsion, gloss and woodwork painting
*Minor making-good works
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Working within occupied and unoccupied university facilities
What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
*Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
*Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
*Own tools preferred
*Good communication and customer service skills
*Basic DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
*Availability to start ASAP
