We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and growing team in Sevenoaks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, build on existing recruitment experience, or return to the industry after a career break. We are also keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, or other people-focused roles.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, helping candidates find new opportunities and supporting businesses with their hiring needs.
Key responsibilities include:
*Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
*Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
*Sourcing and screening candidates
*Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
*Managing interview arrangements and feedback
*Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process
*Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Is confident communicating with people at all levels
*Has excellent customer service skills
*Is driven, self-motivated, and organised
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
*Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Can build strong professional relationships
Previous recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential. We are happy to consider:
