We are currently looking for a driven, experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our high-volume offices in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
*Drive Sales: Guide buyers and sellers through the property market to secure sales.
*Build Relationships: Manage relationships with vendors, applicants, and local solicitors.
*Conduct Viewings: Lead high-quality property viewings across the local Surrey area.
*Negotiate Offers: Secure the best possible prices for clients while maintaining high ethical standards.
*Generate Business: Proactively identify and register new applicants, converting leads into market appraisals.
*Pipeline Management: Progress sales efficiently from the initial offer through to exchange and completion.
Requirements
*Experience: Minimum 2+ years of working as a Sales Negotiator or similar role from within an estate agency.
*Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Reigate, Dorking, or Caterham property markets is highly desirable.
*Track Record: Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
*Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
*Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
*Attitude: A positive, competitive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
