Job Location: Poole, Dorset (nr Fleetsbridge)


Job Type: Permanent


Salary: £27,000 per annum


Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 4pm

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Team of a leading decorative homeware manufacturer based in Poole.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, friendly and supportive company where delivering an excellent customer experience is at the heart of what they do.


As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle enquiries, process orders and work closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers are kept fully informed.


Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will include:


*Providing a friendly and helpful service by telephone and email
*Responding to enquiries regarding stock, pricing, lead times and orders
*Accurately processing customer orders
*Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time
*Keeping customers updated on their orders
*Carrying out general administration, including spreadsheets and filing


We are looking for the Customer Service Advisor to have:


*Previous Customer Service experience
*Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
*A cheerful, helpful and positive approach
*Organised with good attention to detail
*The passion to provide excellent customer service
