Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a London-based team on a six-month contract.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating a positive workenvironment and is comfortable being involved in everything from employee support and travel arrangements to events and general office operations. You’ll play an important part in making sure the office runs efficiently and that colleagues and visitors have a seamless experience.
The role will involve:
*Taking ownership of day-to-day workplace requests and helping keep office operations running efficiently
*Arranging domestic and international travel, including accommodation and related logistics
*Helping coordinate diaries, meeting spaces and the practical requirements of internal meetings
*Managing relationships with external suppliers and assisting with deliveries, catering and office services
*Acting as one of the first points of contact for guests and providing a professional, welcoming experience
*Helping new joiners get settled and ensuring they have everything they need when starting with the business
*Getting involved in employee engagement activities, events and wider workplace projects
*Providing administrative support across expenses, invoices, purchasing and other operational tasks
