We are currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistants to work through Academics across a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Cardiff. We have an increased demand for staff with strong Early Years experience, with a variety of positions available from September.
Our partner schools are looking for Nursery Teaching Assistants for full-time, 5-day-a-week roles as well as flexible day-to-day cover, giving you the opportunity to find a role that suits your availability and preferences.

*Roles across Primary School Nursery settings in Cardiff
*Competitive pay from £94 per day, with increases dependent on experience, qualifications and client rate

*Ongoing support from a dedicated Academics consultant
We’re Looking For*Previous experience working within a Nursery or Early Years setting
*Experience supporting Nursery-aged children
*Confidence with personal care, including nappy changing, toileting and hygiene routines
*A caring, patient and nurturing approach
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s early development and learning
Essential Requirements*Enhanced DBS Certificate
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
*Completion of required safeguarding and compliance checks
*Right to work documentation
