Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join a care home in Weymouth.
The role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
*Previous experience working in a care home is desirable
*Compassionate, patient and reliable approach to care
*Ability to work well as part of a team
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Willingness to work both day and night shifts
*Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship is offered for this role
Location: Weymouth
Setting: Care Home
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts | Day and night shifts
