Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 from home
Job Type: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Team Leading Legal PA to lead and develop a team of legal administrative professionals, while providing high-level support to senior Partners within a busy professional services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal support professional with strong leadership skills, who enjoys managing people, improving processes and delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities*Provide PA support to senior Partners, including complex diary management, meetings, correspondence and travel.
*Coordinate departmental administration and act as a key point of contact for fee earners and business services.
*Lead, manage and develop a team of legal administrative professionals.
*Allocate workloads, monitor performance and conduct regular one-to-ones and reviews.
*Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
*Manage holiday/sickness cover and assist with wider resource planning.
*Ensure departmental compliance procedures and processes are followed.
*Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to process improvement and wider operational projects.
Skills & Experience*Previous experience as a Legal PA within a professional environment.
*Previous team management, supervisory or mentoring experience.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
*Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
