Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
NonStop’s client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a values-led organisation where children’s well-being is always prioritised. Whether you are an experienced Registered Manager or a Team Manager looking to step up, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
*Lead and support a team of staff while overseeing a small number of fostering households, helping everyone deliver safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care.
*Help the service grow and improve - support foster care retention, developing staff skills, and building a positive, learning-focused culture.
*Ensure compliance, safeguarding practices whilst maintain Ofsted rating and a high standard of care
Requirements:
*Registered with Social Work England
*Driver
*Very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations, fostering legislation / National Minimum Standards
*Management experience, either a Registered Fostering Manager or Deputy Manager within an IFA
