Job Location: Ferndown Industrial Estate, Dorset


Job Type: Permanent


Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum


Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (no weekends)

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-run vehicle dealer with an excellent reputation for customer service.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts or automotive experience.


Working within a team of 3 in the busy parts department, as the Parts Advisor you will:


*Deal with customer and technician parts enquiries
*Check availability, pricing and lead times
*Order and issue parts
*Book parts to workshop jobs
*Manage deliveries and stores
*Liaise with Service and Sales teams
*Keep internal systems updated


For the Parts Advisor role, we are looking for someone who is:


*Experienced in parts/automotive
*Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
*Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Enthusiastic and willing to learn
