Job Description:
Full job descriptionFreightserve recruitment are looking for an r Import Operations Manager for a well-established small Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.
Responsibilities:-
*Dealing with Imports start to finish - Focusing on mainly Air Imports
*Being the main contact with HMRC
*Customs compliance
*Overseeing a small team
*Completing Import Customs entries
*Working closely with Director on all operational matters
*Liaising with Airlines, Handling Agents and Transporters
*Internal / external communication
*Liaising with Customers through Email and Telephone.
*Invoicing
*Assisting with quotations
Skills:-
*Air Imports (start to finish)
*Knowledge of ETSF
*Supervisor / Managerial experience
As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK. We have a fast growing reputation with most Freight related companies. Freightserve has been established since 1992 working within the Freight Forwarding and Shipping industry.
