In addition to being a talented and hardworking General Manager, you will be fully embracing leadership responsibilities by leading from the front and constantly coaching and guiding your team to success.
To be an Honest General Manager you’ll be hands on, working closely with your kitchen, Head Chef and wider management team to ensure as a team you meet our Honest KPI’s, standards and efficiency. In addition you’ll put your teams happiness and welfare up there as a priority.
We want you to help generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on your team, the areas and of course our guests.
As a General Manager you will be reporting to Operations Manager and you will create strong, professional relationships with other restaurant’s teams as well the Prep Kitchen & Support Office team.
