Home-Based Mortgage Advisor – Leads ProvidedCameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join an established independent mortgage brokerage specialising in the New Build and Shared Ownership market.
This is a predominantly home-based position covering Tyneside and the surrounding areas, offering an excellent combination of quality leads, full administration support and genuine £65,000+ earning potential.

The RoleAs a New Build Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will:
*Manage mortgage enquiries generated through developer and referral partnerships
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Advise New Build and Shared Ownership buyers
*Conduct appointments predominantly by telephone and video
*Build relationships with developers and referral partners
*Liaise with clients, lenders and solicitors
*Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
*Maximise mortgage and protection opportunities
*Deliver excellent customer outcomes
With full administration support provided, you can focus your time on client appointments, advice and generating revenue rather than unnecessary administration.
What We’re Looking ForTo be considered, you should have:
*Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
*Mortgage and protection advice experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to manage a busy mortgage pipeline
*Commercial and target-driven approach
*Clean credit and regulatory history
*Full UK driving licence
*Live within or close to the Tyneside area
Previous New Build, Shared Ownership or developer-led mortgage experience would be particularly advantageous.
LocationAs this is predominantly home-based, applications are welcomed from experienced Mortgage Advisors across Tyneside and the wider North East, including:
Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, North Shields, South Shields, Wallsend, Whitley Bay, Washington and surrounding areas.
