You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, providing a high-quality front-of-house service while supporting the smooth running of the office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous reception or professional services experience who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities*Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
*Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
*Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor arrangements.
*Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
*Liaise with internal teams to support client and meeting requirements.
*Assist with post, couriers and general office administration.
*Support the wider office and facilities team when required.
About You*Previous reception, front-of-house or administrative experience.
*Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is desirable.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Professional, polished and confident manner.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
*Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
*Confident using Microsoft Office.
*Reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team.
