Full job descriptionAre you currently in a sales role and looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for a cruise company as a Sales Executive with the main focus on reconnecting with customers via outbound calls and emails. This role is Monday to Friday and based in the office and comes with a salary of £26,100 and OTE up to around £60k.
Sales Executive responsibilities:
*Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers
*Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions
*Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why
*Update CRM records accurately
*Build friendly, professional rapport
*Meet and exceed retention targets
Sales Executive skills required:
*Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required)
*Strong objection handling and questioning skills
*Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Confident using CRM and dialling systems
