Site ManagerTradewind Recruitment are recruiting! A welcoming secondary school in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, security and health & safety of the school site. This is a full-time opportunity starting ASAP.
The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained.
Key duties include:
*Managing site maintenance and repairs
*Overseeing health & safety compliance and site inspections
*Managing contractors and external service providers
*Acting as the main keyholder for the school
*Supervising site staff and allocating workloads
*Supporting school events and out-of-hours lettings
*Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security across the site

To join us and be successful in this role, you will need to:*Previous experience in site, facilities or premises management
*Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
*Experience managing contractors and maintenance projects
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible
*Legal right to work in the UK
