My client is looking to recruit a Senior Data executive to join their growing business where you will be responsible for managing and analysing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and providing a professional and responsive service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and maintain large volumes of customer and operational data.
*Provide exceptional B2B customer service to large corporate clients.
*Analyse, manipulate and reconcile large data sets using Microsoft Excel.
*Produce reports and management information for clients and internal teams.
*Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and customer queries.
*Ensure all data is accurate, complete and up to date.
*Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer and data-related issues.
*Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.
*Manage workload effectively and meet agreed deadlines.
*Support and provide guidance to junior members of the team where required.
About You
*Proven experience in B2B customer service, ideally working with large corporate clients.
*Strong experience managing large volumes of data.
*Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of queries and tasks.
*Experience within the environmental, waste, utilities or similar sectors would be advantageous.
