We are now seeking an outstanding Clinical Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team at Treetops Court Care Home in Leek.
About the RoleAs Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.
You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:
*Lead and develop a high-performing care team
*Deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care
*Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
*Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards
*Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement
*Create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive
About YouWe are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:

*Has a minimum of2 years experience in a management role.

*Holds aLevel 5 Leadership & Management qualification

*Has experience managing a40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home

*Has a strongclinical and operational background
*Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services

*Has excellent knowledge ofCQC regulations
*Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
*Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams
*Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism
