Working for one of the UK’s leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.

Your new role
Site Manager required to oversee projects across the East of England looking after a portfolio of accommodation refurbishment schemes.
This is a hands-on site leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination and control of works from inception through to completion. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality standards and in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and coordinate site operations across multiple projects.
*Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, permits and site procedures.
*Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, daily briefings and safety inspections.
*Manage subcontractors and coordinate activities between trades and stakeholders.
*Monitor programme performance, identify risks and support short-term planning activities.
*Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, inspections, permits and quality documentation.
*Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards at all times.
*Undertake regular quality inspections and manage defects through to completion.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
*Support commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.

What you’ll need to succeed
*SMSTS
*CSCS card (Gold or Black only)
*First Aid at Work
*Asbestos Awareness
*Proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects in live or occupied environments
*Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
