Our client is a well-established independent financial services business looking for an experiencedFinancial Planning Administrator to join their close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous IFA or financial services administration experience who is looking for a stable role within a friendly and supportive business.


The role:
*You’ll be supporting the Financial Advisers with the smooth running of their client portfolios and handling the day-to-day administration across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing day-to-day administration support to Financial Advisers
*Preparing client paperwork, reports and documentation
*Processing new business and financial applications
*Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
*Managing client correspondence and following up outstanding information
*Updating and maintaining accurate client records
*Supporting with reviews and ongoing client servicing
*Processing and monitoring cases from initial submission through to completion
*Assisting with general office administration and supporting the wider team


We’re looking for:
*Previous experience within financial services / financial planning administration
*Strong administration and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Someone who can work independently and manage their own workload
*A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and providers
*Experience with IO, Tellflow, Aegon, Transact or Cofunds would be advantageous
