Full job description*Carry out daily litter picking across the estate to maintain a clean environment.
*Maintain planting areas, lawns, trees, and shrubs to a high horticultural standard.
*Undertake seasonal planting, pruning, and soil care activities.
*Manage irrigation systems and monitor plant health to ensure optimal growth.
*Maintain riverbank vegetation to prevent overgrowth and minimise erosion risks.
*Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively.
*Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and take appropriate corrective action.
*Ensure all external areas are kept free of litter, weeds, and hazards.
*Support biodiversity and implement sustainable gardening practices.
*Ensure all activities comply with health and safety requirements, particularly when working near water or in public areas.
