Job Description:
Full job descriptionReed Business Support are recruiting for a Partnership & Property Manager on behalf of a well-established organisation based in the Preston area.
This is a varied role combining stakeholder management, property oversight, contract compliance and operational support. You’ll work closely with healthcare partners, facilities management providers and tenants to ensure services are delivered effectively and contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage relationships with healthcare partners, FM providers and tenants.
*Monitor property and FM performance across a portfolio of sites.
*Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
*Conduct property inspections and support defect resolution.
*Produce reports and attend stakeholder meetings.
*Contribute to service improvements and property strategies.
About You:
*Experience in property, facilities, contract or partnership management.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Proactive problem solver with good IT skills.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Healthcare estates experience is desirable but not essential.
