Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The role Estimator - Interior Fit Out will involve:
*Estimator position dealing with a range of commercial hospitality fit out projects
*Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover
*Prepare accurate cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and estimating software
*Manage and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions
*Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids
*Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators to strengthen delivery and capability
*Working on project sizes varying in size from £10k to £300k
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Interior Fit Out with:
*Must have Estimating experience within interior fit out or closely related
*Ideally have experience within the Shopfitting sector
*Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
*Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
*Full UK driving license
