A highly regarded North Yorkshire-based law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor/Partner to join its established and growing team in York.

Some Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a varied and complex Commercial Property caseload
*Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and commercial property owners
*Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions
*Advising on leases, options, overage and promotion agreements
*Working on secured lending and property portfolio financing
*Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Commercial Property team
You will be:
*An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level
*Technically strong with experience handling complex transactions
*Confident managing matters and client relationships independently
*Commercially minded with an interest in business development
*Comfortable supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers
*Collaborative, personable and client-focused
*Keen to play a key role within an ambitious and growing team
