The RoleA leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Partners and fee-earners within its Tax team. This is a senior, client-focused role suited to a proactive and highly organised Legal PA or EA with strong law firm experience.
Key Responsibilities*Provide high-level administrative and client support to Partners and fee-earners.
*Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation.
*Coordinate client meetings, events and business development activities.
*Prepare correspondence, agendas, itineraries and meeting documentation.
*Maintain accurate client, contact and matter records.
*Manage filing, key dates and compliance requirements.
*Liaise with document production and wider Practice Support teams.
*Assist with billing, expenses and other financial administration.
*Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders.
*Support projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
About You*Senior Legal PA or EA experience within a law firm is essential.
*Excellent organisational, diary and communication skills.
*Confident working with Partners, fee-earners and clients.
*Highly proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
*Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
*Good Microsoft Office and document/case management system knowledge.
