The Role
Internal Recruitment / Resourcer Specialist
Temp or FTC to Permanent
Liverpool / Warrington | Hybrid | Up to £40,000 (2 days in office either Liverpool or Warrington)
We’re recruiting for an established, successful and progressive business operating within the hospitality/QSR sector, as they look to strengthen their recruitment team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join the business initially on a 3- 6 month contract, with the potential to move into a permanent position.
The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, managing vacancies from initial brief and sourcing through to offer, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and confident managing recruitment independently. Hospitality, QSR or high-volume recruitment experience would be desirable.
Key experience:
*End-to-end recruitment experience
*Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
*Confident working with hiring managers and stakeholders
*Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
*Hospitality / QSR experience desirable but not essential
*Be available immediately to take on a 3-6 month Temp or FTC role - with a view to go permanent
*Be able to commute to their offices 2 days per week either Liverpool or Warrington area
