We are seeking a Property Lawyer with a strong background in residential conveyancing to manage a mixed caseload including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and help to buy transactions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) who is skilled in client relationship management and has a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Advise and liaise with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters.
*Manage ongoing cases efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.
*Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
*Engage in networking and business development activities to ensure continuous work flows.
*Produce all fees to meet monthly and year-end targets.
*Attend team meetings and contribute to the team’s objectives.
*Keep files well-organised and properly updated in line with company standards.
*Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*2+ years PQE in handling residential property transactions.
*Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release, and small development setups is advantageous.
*Proficient in using multiple systems for data collation and analysis.
*High level of attention to detail and an enquiring mind.
*Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent client relationship management skills.
