A large secondary school in Barking and Dagenham is looking to appoint a qualified Maths Teacher for a September 2026 start.
The school is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable teacher to deliver high-quality Maths lessons and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes. Alongside strong teaching ability, the school is looking for someone who will be a great fit for the department. The successful candidate will be lively, engaging, positive and ready to get stuck in as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
*Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons
*Assess and monitor student progress
*Maintain a positive learning environment
*Work collaboratively within the Maths department
Requirements
*QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
*Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
*Strong subject knowledge
*Good classroom management skills
*A positive, energetic and engaging approach
*Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
*Commitment to raising student attainment
