They are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Professional to work at their Crawley branch as a Senior Lettings Manager.
Senior Lettings Manager role:
* Deliver exceptional lettings expertise to provide the best service to customers
* Manage your business’s profitability and drive business development
* Generate new leads and boost business performance
* Motivate inspire, and manage your team through coaching and morning meetings
* Successfully list properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental prices
* Keep up with market trends to become an expert in your field
* Work closely with your team to ensure properties match tenants perfectly

The Package
*Basic Salary: £30,000 with Car OR car allowance up to £4000
*Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55,000 - £60,000
*Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
