A Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a D365 CRM/CE support consultant to join their growing team.
This is a fully remote role for someone with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, working directly with customers to troubleshoots issues within Power Platform/D365 and provide solutions.
The Role
*Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
*Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
*Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
*Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
*Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.
About You
*Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
*Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment.
*Good understanding of the Power Platform.
*Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
*A proactive approach to problem solving.
