We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. You will be at the heart of our operations, acting as the link between customers, clinicians and internal teams.
You will coordinate service delivery, manage customer enquiries, organise clinics, and help ensure every interaction is professional, efficient and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly and timely support via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage the Customer Management inbox and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Coordinate occupational health services, including scheduling appointments, organising clinics and supporting service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce CRM and ensure information is kept up to date.
• Prepare customer correspondence, reports and other documentation as required.
• Liaise with customers, clinicians and internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and the secure transfer of confidential records.
• Ensure all customer information and documentation is managed accurately and in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the wider Customer Management Team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role (experience within healthcare or occupational health is desirable).
