Our client are looking for a driven, forward thinking and experienced sales professional to join their business within a sales capacity.
Role
*We are seeking an energetic and motivated experienced Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team.
*In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
*Your passion for sales combined with excellent communication skills will help us create memorable shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and growth.
*This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a tangible impact through their sales expertise.
*Engage with customers confidently to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
*Negotiate effectively to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
*Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
*Manage your time efficiently to prioritise tasks, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals
*Maintain organised records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Candidate
*Proven experience and ability within a similar sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
*Previous experience within the Property sector desirable however, not essential.
*Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers effectively
*Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
*Valid driving license for travel between client sites or stores as needed.
*Knowledge of IT systems, CRM tools, and basic organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
*Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
*Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Full Driving Licence and own car essential.
Package
*Basic salary to £35,000 (dependent on experience).
*Attractive on target earnings £50,000 - £60,000) which are very achievable.
